DO YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE?

Yes! We do offer emergency service timelines when needed, if you are having water damage caused by failed caulking please contact us immediately.

WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?

Typically all work is to be paid upon completion via cash, check, or interact e-transfer. We unfortunately don't accept debit or credit at this time.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT THAN YOUR COMPETITORS?

We at Niagara Caulking & Firestopping pride ourselves on our workmanship, we don't cut corners, and we hold ourselves to a higher standard than our competitors.

ARE YOUR WORKERS CERTIFIED? ARE YOU INSURED?

Thanks for asking! We take safety very importantly. We ensure our workers are all up to date on their working at heights, fall arrest, and any other required certifications. We are also covered incase of any accidents and registered with WSIB.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

We understand that not every job is the same, that is why we offer detailed free quotes for every project. Ensuring that you only pay for what is done, and not invisible footage.

HOW CAN I TELL MY EXTERIOR CAULKING NEEDS REPLACEMENT?

There are a couple of signs you might need to replace your exterior caulking. 

  • It is peeling off the building

  • You are getting water into your home

  • There are holes or cracks in the caulking

  • You have air leakage through the frame ​
